From Warsaw Chopin Airport (distance to the Conference Venue – about 10 km)
Bus 175 (direction “Plac Piłsudskiego”) – 30–40 minutes to the Ordynacka stop (there is a ticket machine in every bus), from here to the Staszic Palace it is approx. 240 m, and to the Motel One Warsaw-Chopin – approx. 300 m.
TAXI – take a taxi at the stand in front of the exit; the price from the airport to the Conference Venue or Motel One Warsaw-Chopin should not exceed 50 PLN (about 12 EUR = 12 USD).
From Warsaw Central Railway Station (distance about 2 km)
BUS 175, BUS 128 (direction “Plac Piłsudskiego”) – 10 minutes to the Ordynacka stop, from this bus stop to the Staszic Palace it is approx. 240 m, and to the Motel One Warsaw-Chopin – approx. 300 m.
TAXI – the TAXI stand is located next to the Station, on the side of the Palace of Culture and Science.
From Warsaw Modlin Airport (distance about 45 km)
FlixBus – bus from Warsaw Modlin Airport to Warsaw, Metro Młociny bus station. Tickets must be purchased online, on the carrier's website: https://www.flixbus.pl. Price approx. PLN 35 (EUR 10 = USD 10). At the Metro Młociny bus station, change to the metro (M1, direction “Kabaty”), destination station: Świętokrzyska. From the Świętokrzyska station you can walk to the Staszic Palace (approx. 1 km) or change to the second metro line (M2, direction “Bródno”) and get off at the Nowy Świat–Uniwersytet station. From this station to the Staszic Palace it is approx. 130 m, and to the Motel One Warsaw-Chopin – approx. 400 m.
Terravision Bus – bus from Warsaw Modlin Airport to Warsaw city center (the Palace of Culture and Science, next to Warsaw Central Railway Station). Tickets can be purchased online, at the airport or from the bus driver, price up to PLN 45 (about 12 EUR = 12 USD) – the price depends on the method of purchasing the ticket; the cheapest is a ticket purchased online. From the Palace of Culture and Science to the Staszic Palace it is approx. 1.5 km, and to the Motel One Warsaw-Chopin – approx. 1.3 km. You can walk there or take the metro – get on at the Centrum station (M1, direction "Młociny"), then, at the Świętokrzyska station, change to the second metro line (M2, direction "Bródno") and get off at the Nowy Świat-Uniwersytet station.
