Conference Fees
Fees are given in Polish zlotys (PLN).

* To be entitled to the early registration fee you must have registered and paid by 15 May 2024.
Entitlements
The conference fee includes:
- Full board for the entire conference (breakfasts at a hotel recommended by the organizers – Motel One Warsaw-Chopin – for participants accompanying persons accommodated there; coffee breaks, lunches, dinners),
- Access to the Excursion Day
- Access to conference materials
- Publication of Proceedings
Procedure
During registration, you will be asked to provide details about dates of participation in the conference, dietary requirements, and specific requirements related to participation in the conference also in case of accompanying person, if applicable. You will also be asked to pay the conference fee. Registration will be confirmed by a message sent to the e-mail address provided in the Registration Form.
Invoice
If your Institution would like to cover the costs of the conference fee, you can request an invoice at the end of the registration process. Please provide detailed data of the Institution, including VAT-No. The invoice will be sent via e-mail address provided during registration.
